You could find the booking as below, input the Factory Keyword is King Bag and inspection date request is 16/11/2016. Actually, the inspection request date for this booking is 14/11/2016 (you can see in Avalanche). In case you could not find the record, you could search for the ABS PO number to check what is the problem, why you could not find out their booking. Sometimes is because, supplier input the wrong inspection request date or the factory name is different with the name in booking form, and so on….
In this case, At the beginning, I could not find their booking. So I use the first PO number in Avalanche for searching. After searching for PO#07007111, I found that supplier fill in another inspection request date.
Once you got the searching result, it’s better for you the export the PO information and double check that whether PO information could be mapped with supplier’s booking form. If not, please clarify with supplier until all information is correct in TSS.
