3. Any delay case , all rates inquiry by customers /Overseas agents. Sales coordinator must complete and finish within 3 working days for the normal process. Exclude irregularity case and or how does it difficult such as rates, working process, products etc. Moreover, sales coordinator must update status to overseas agent for their feedback and or record
