Dear all the students,
Below are recommended guidelines for our class's Restaurant Business Analysis presentation, which will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016.
1. Please ensure that you've chosen the best members (maximum 2 students/group) to present your final work. All the group members must go up to the stage, and assist your group's representatives for the presentation, especially during the Q&A session after the presentation.
2. Each group has a maximum of 10 minutes and 2 minutes for Q&A. My suggestion is plan to finish your presentation within 8-9 minutes. Rehearsal again and again will help.
3. I, and all the listeners look forward to seeing your presentation like a story or you're telling a fun story, which includes "introduction, main contents or body, and conclusion".
4. The content of your presentation should include the following:
4.1 Core product & service: briefly inform concept, theme, menu and overall information of each of the restaurants your group worked on.
4.2 Analysis of key tangible elements: please focus on some tangible elements of each of the two restaurants. No need to analyze all the elements. Pictures and images shall be an excellent evident to support your analysis.
4.3. Analysis of product augmentation: please focus on some key augmented elements. A few of them which are extraordinary shall be very impressive.
4.4 Summary of the analytical report - a comparative table of core product & service, tangible elements, and product augmentation of the two restaurant.
Please ensure that the overall presentation is limited for 20 slides, including your group introduction or group member details.
5. Every group must burn your presentation file into CD or DVD, and back up your file with USB Drive. Before the presentation starts, every group must transfer your presentation files onto the computer which will be used for presentation.
6. An order for presentation will be randomly picked up.
