Large power EM S software has already realized the
function of integrating graphics, mod el and library,
capable to use models and graphics to present
vividly the power system network[1 ,2]. However,
many existing d esktop power software applications
that have ind ependent functions and great flexibility
are found inad equate in the function of integrating
graphics, model and library and lacking complete,
simple and flexible graphic sUb-systems to support
the development and application of power software.
In recent years, more and more power software
applications adopt the Common Information Mod el
(CIM) to realize functions such as data sharing
and information exchange [3]. The complete power
network model can be represented by a single
XML document that represents the type of CIM, to
facilitate d ata exchange among systems of different
applications. The definition and application can be
referred to in [4].
