#441 Khun Rut (period 09-11/08/14: Agoda) came to complain at front desk that his room was dusty and the floor was dirty. I apologized him and offered him to move to #712 which he accepted.
Previously, we prepared room 442 for this guest but upon checked in he requested the room with 2 beds, so we changed the room to 441 which was Clean status in Opera but after guest went to the room for about 5 minutes then he came to complain at front desk.
