Responsibilities
1. New Product Development (30%)
Gather relevant data (business and consumer) to identify opportunity/ gap for the platform.
Develop Vision for the platform.
Lead and develop consumer research to identify consumer needs/ insight and products to fill pipelines as per Menu Vision
Lead the development of products following New Product Development process.
Track and analyze consumer feedback and menu mix after each promotion to understand the trends.
Review pricing twice a year.
Review and propose Menu Matrix Alert Review twice a year (in Marketing Board Review)
