The statistical software package SPSS was employed for all sta- tistical analysis. The level of significance was set at 0.05 (one-tailed) or 0.025 (two-tailed) for all statistical tests. Descriptive statistics were reported for all dependent measures, such as respondents' demographic profiles, vegetable purchasing place, the most trusted place of vegetable purchase, and the rank of consumers' concerns and dependence of information channels. The significant differ- ences of the factors influencing consumers' vegetable purchases, consumers' concerns on vegetable safety and consumers' depen- dence on information channels with different socio-demographic groups of consumers were identified by using One-way ANOVA techniques (education, age, income and purchase frequency) and t- tests (gender).
