White wines will tend to have a pale or a blond coloration. whereas red wine will typically have a color similar to purple, ruby red, or a brick. In terms of flavor, white wines tend to have flavor relative to green apples, lemons, or peaches. Red wines, in the other hand, typically have flavors relative to plums, black cherries, or strawberries.
