1. Manage customer inquiries via e-mail chat or phone call and ensure a fast respond to be feedback to customer.
2. Responsible for management of customer service for See Chic Pte., Ltd.
3. Manage customer orders by updating in internal program and monitoring until order is completed.
4. Manage return and exchange requirement from customer and coordinate with logistic supplier for smooth process.
5. Assist Logistic Director to handle with cancellation and refund process via internal system.
6. Issue invoice for each order and send to logistic supplier.
7. Coordinate with external party for See Chic (Thailand) Ltd. such as lawyer firm, logistic supplier and product suppliers
