Reports To: Executive Assistant
Position Purpose: To control the reception area
Key Result Areas:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message.
Distribute incoming fax.
Keep all related communication equipment in good working condition at all times.
Report the supervisor immediately if any equipment need special urgent maintenance.
Welcome visitors and keep all function rooms ready to be used.
Ensure the function order is completed according to the schedule.
Control the messenger schedule and stationery & daily supplies stock.
Supervise the maid.
Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.
Key Competencies:
Bachelor degree in any fields.
Ability to communicate in English well.
Punctuality.
Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
