We are well aware of the balance we are due in dollars, however the problem is that when we have sent you the first payment it came up to around 7127.05 euros (1euro = 1.26 dollar). This was already high compared to the currency conversion we paid for the first container with 1euro = 1.42 dollar. At the current currency conversion we end up losing money as our profit margin is very minimal since we supply wholesalers and distributors.
Therefore, we had contacted Kris regarding this problem and he suggested that he will open a euro account and send the amount calculated when we sent the first payment. We were waiting for the euro account to send the money.
May I also point out that we are not postponing the payment because we are not willing to pay or something of that sort as we have collected the money and we are ready to pay but please understand our situation. We are also supplying our distributors with free samples which at the moment is an expense we are incurring to make the product available in a part of the country.
