1. Photodiode provide High frequency , Low resistance at bright light
use for Detect Visible light and Infrared
2. Phototransistor provide better Sensitivity than Photodiode
but Operate at lower Frequency and, non-linear
3. Light Dependent Resister (LDR) is resistance dependent of light intensity

4. Photovoltaic (Solar Cell) converting the light energy to electrical power
and good reposed at Near Infrared light.
