As you can put yourself into my shoes, those problems have brought me a totally disappointment and frustration in Volvo car and services. I have reached out to Volvo Thailand and local dealer, however, my problems were treated as an unfortunate event that i have to take my own risk, after i have spent my entire savings, time, and trust to Volvo. Today, the local dealer contacts his management and offers me 10,000THB gift voucher and golf bag to shut me up (BTW, I don't play golf). I felt even worst over the insincere and selfishness of the management team who seems not to take things seriously and not even a fair treatment. They don't even ask me what I want they problem to be resolved with particular care and understanding to my feelings.
