I am so sorry for not writing to yo

I am so sorry for not writing to you early enough, i have been in the hospital with Alex and I could not check my email. Please do not be angry with me. I just returned to the hotel now.

The Doctor just certified Alex fit now to fly to Thailand, he said my Alex is OK now and very fit to travel to Thailand, all things being equal we will be with you in Thailand on THURSDAY 14th of May 2015 @ 07:05am but we will depart here tomorrow TUESDAY 12th May 2015.
 
Honey, I have not been able to book for a hotel because i have been so busy with work here and with Alex in the hospital, i have not had the time to do that. When we get to Thailand, we will go around and check for a suitable hotel to stay. I think that this way will be better. We will be staying for at least 2 weeks.
 
But Honey I just encountered some problem here, the Doctor is yet to release Alex to me because after telling me that Alex is OK, he then gave me the Bills for the medical Treatment for Alex, he gave me a bill a Bill of $1,980. I was able to pay 980 dollars because I was just left with $1000 dollars in my pocket or maybe they cheated me because they know I'm a foreigner.

Honey, I have spent all the money I came with here on Goods, Shipping and hotel here and on our flights tickets to Thailand and its a Serious issue, because I just called my Bank back Home to ask them where I can use my Credit Cards here in South Africa, they said I can't use my Credit Cards in 16 Africa countries due to their poor Banking system here in Africa. I was shocked and now i am really confused. I don't really know what to do now and I have a lot on my Credit Cards.

Honey, they need me to complete the balance payment of $1000 at the hospital so that they can release Alex to me.
Honey, I don't know if i should be asking you this but i don't know what else to do as i have exhausted all options available to me.
It pains me to have to ask you this but i just have to. I need $1,150 USD from you to enable me pay off the balance at the Hospital and use the balance for a cab to Airport, so that we can Embark on our Journey to Thailand tomorrow. 

Please Honey, Can you help me? If you can help me in any way possible, do not hesitate to. I will pay you back immediately we arrive in Thailand because I have also confirmed from my Bank, that I will be able to use my Credit Card in all Asian Countries, including Thailand. Because i told them I was going to Thailand to see my Wife.

I was mainly concerned about how I can receive the money from you but when I asked the Doctor, he said the only way I can receive money in this Country is through Western Union Money Transfer . And that you could send it directly to the Hospitals Accountant here in South Africa. I just checked the Western Union website in Thailand to find out how I can receive the Money from you from Thailand. It showed that Western Union Offices are present in all Thai-POST and DEPARTMENTAL STORES all over Thailand. The doctor said that I should tell you to go to any Departmental Stores or Especially Thailand Post office  to send the money to me in the following format.

Locate any Western Union Outlet in any Thailand Post Office Nearest to you and send the money to the Hospitals Accountant with the following details.
