Full-welded plate heat exchanger is welded by all plates to replace the rubber sheet gasket of traditional plate heat exchanger, which prevents the leakage of media due to the transformation and malfunction of sheet gasket in high temperature. Therefore, welded technology is important but difficult in full-welded plate heat exchanger. Full-welded plate heat exchanger is featured by compact, small-sized, efficient, high-loading(up to 4.0MPa) and fireresistant (the maximal is 300~500℃) etc.
TPY full-welded plate heat exchanger uses full-automatic laser welding in welding the core, and 80% welding joint of it uses laser welding. Pulsed argon arc welding is adopted in welding plate bundles and junction plate.
