Adjust packaging
In 2003, Singha releases the special edition packaging of Singha beer to cerebrate its 70 years anniversary.(Boonrawd, 2014).
On Febuary 10, 2014, Singha first changes design of Singha Premium Lager beer bottle 330 ml. in 10 years period. The bottle is slimmer and at the bottle neck has embossed letter “Singha” to be same with Singha Premium Lager beer bottle 500ml. (Singha Magazine, 2014)
Release Premium Lager beer bottle 630 ml. back to the market
Singha released Singha Premium Lager beer bottle 630 ml. back to the market on October, 2015 to meet demands of stores and restaurants ,and adjust the new packaging to be more up to date. Start to put on the market in restaurant, modern trade ; Tesco Lotus, Big C, Super center, Makro, and Seven eleven. And the bottle size 500ml. are still be on the market simultaneously but will be more appear in the stores than the past. (Prachachat, 2015)
Investment
In the last 1-2 years when the economic situation wasn't going well but subsidiaries of Boonrawd Brewery still had investment. Singha increasing the production of Singha Beverage beer factory, Nakhon prothom from 400 million liters per year to 800 million liters per years. Investing built up new beer factory in Maha Sarakham in the names Maha Sarakham beverage. (Prachachat, 2015)
Expand the international market
Singha expected that after 2017 the demand in Thai beer market will be stable. So now Singha is start to expand the business into abroad especially in England and Europe. Within 5 years Singha aim to expand more beer marketing in Europe. At the present Singha beers export by manufacturing base in Thailand, but now Singha is going to produce beers with the brewing company in England named Molsun Coors, to mainly support beer marketing in England and German.
