-Prepare monthly training program.
-Assist Human Resources t conduct Orientation.
-Conduct mini-orientation to introduce the hotel and IHG to new hired associates.
-Coordinate and process on associate outside & cross training.
-Keep and update training record.
-Book and prepare function rooms & Coffee break menu for training session.
-Administrative work on training invitation, training attendance and training report.
-Prepare orientation Package for new associate and make sure they are given the package.
-Conduct general training courses such as orientation and other services attitude sessions.
-Arrange interesting attractive HR notice board and keep them up to date.
-Responsible for training room; to keep them neat, clean, tidy, colorful with beautiful pictures.
-Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation through ongoing training
-Prepares and administers detailed induction program for new staff
-Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
-Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
-Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
