The email could be stuck in your bulk or junk email folder. You'll also find a copy of the email in your Messages, in My eBay. Anytime we send you a message about your account, we'll put a copy in there.
There are two reasons why your account may have been suspended: •Non-payment of eBay fees: Balances of US$1 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) or more need to be paid in full each month. If you were suspended for non-payment of selling fees, you can make a payment to bring your account up to date. You can pay by PayPal, credit card or wire transfer.
