Next to Had Yao is Had Chao Mai, a 5-kilometer beach good for swimming.
The water is shallow and broad.
You can see Koh Libong located not far away.
The beach is pristine white and quiet.
On the back side of the beach lie rows of shady sea pines.
At the end of the beach are hillocks making up the other side of Khao Kradong Chalarm or the Shark’s Fin Mountain on Had Yao Beach. During low tide, you can walk around the hillocks to a small inlet called Ao Por Bay.
