Job Descriptions:
• Preparing quotation, product specification or basic product information, order confirmation.
• Response to customer enquiries via telephone, fax and email in a professorial manner.
• Manage the customer inquiry and orders to ensure customer requirements are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with account managers / sales executive to align customer enquiries and orders.
• Responsible for delegating the complaint to the appropriate department for investigation.
• Cooperate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Male / Female, ages not over 30 years, Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Computer literacy especially Microsoft office, email.
• Good negotiation and coordinate with other people.
Compensation:
