Our standard operating procedure requires us to sanitize the workers' hands every hour and we wash down the production line every approximately four hours when the workers go to lunch. At the end of each shift we do cleaning and sanitation of equipment and machines in every production section.
However, as precaution measure for the future, we have done the following corrective actions:
1. We have already done big clean of every section of the production line since we heard the report. Now we set up measures to sanitize equipment and machinery with additional sanitizing foam before we start production and during the lunch break as well, on top of the foam sanitization at the end of the production shift.
2. We will assign personnel to especially check and enforce GMP compliance in each zone of the production line. He will focus primarily on worker behavior, cleanliness of equipment and work environment.
We are monitoring the process closely to ensure cleanliness and safety.
