For this process, each experiment for increasing
time periods was carried out with new samples
of equal mass and moisture loss was determined
by weighing the petri dishes using a digital
balance with 0.01 precision (Ohaus AR2140,
USA). The powder was obtained by grinding the
dried material in a blender (Tefal Smart,
MB450141, Turkey) and stored in glass jars in the
dark at 20±1°C until further tests were carried out.
