Exceptional contributions to the company’s performance which is measurable and beyond call of the duty. (This point must be clearly specified in the nomination note).
Should have shown excellent leadership quality.
Actions taken for self development and developing his team members.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Active participation in 5S, QC, KSS, Kaizen & WCM activities.
Not have had any disciplinary action taken against him/her i.e. verbal, written warning or suspension from work during last 2 years.
