Firstly thanks for highlighting this matter & the teleconferencing we had together. Below are the improvement I had made internally(KDS) & hope it can improve our transaction with KDT onwards :
1) Interco sales from KDS must be treated similarly as in how we treat regular customers. There will be no sub-standard treatment ! KDS Anne manages all Interco business & she had been brief regarding the future approach.
2) YUSEN had been inconsistent on their reply to KDS regarding delay, KDS had spoken to YUSEN that it is their primary duty to inform KDS if there are delay or changes to ETD dates upon booking by KDS. We are going to monitor this request to YUSEN seriously !
3) All urgent request or special arrangement will be communicated from KDT with KDS Anne. She will secure the necessary reply internally :
Anne KDS Purchase(Jac) Suppliers Anne
4) CC of any KDT team in KDS internal/external communication is not an official reply(pure information sharing only where needed) . Ms Anne will make official respond as final.
5) Official quotation of all KDT buying items will be issue by KDS Ms Jac. Selling price to KDT is control by current standard mark up or by special acceptance from myself or Simon with reasons from KDT Sales.
Also KDT please study :
1) Stronger approach to suppliers for delivery request during valid urgent cases.
2) Clear internal information sharing with Sales eg. clearance from BKK port KDT Slitting(if tape) delivery
3) If have new input price from suppliers/maker, please share with KDS & request updated quotation.
