enzymatic method (Boeringer Mannheim Cat. No. 10716260035,
Roche, Darmstad) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
The O2 and CO2 percentages in the head-space of the packages
were measured with a CheckMate 9900 (PBI Dansensor, Ringsted,
Denmark).
