Judy Brady wants to be taking care of. I know this because she talks about wanting a wife who does all the work around the house. She uses descriptive language. She lists all the work that a wife has to do and describes her expectations for her wife. The tone is sarcastic. She is saying that a wife has all this responsibility and a husband has none. It is sarcastic because she is in a way mocking how men treat women. She end by saying "My God, who wouldn't want a wife?" Which to me is saying that if you could get someone to do everything for you, then of course everyone would want that kind of wife.
