Manage the activities at seven branches, located at popular department stores around Bangkok.
Oversee the team of sales and beauty advisors, ensuring they are delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Provide training for counter staff as needed.
Ensure new recruits are fully aware about the company’s brand image, mission and objectives.
Conduct performance reviews for all counter employees at the end of the year.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualified to degree level in a related subject.
3 + years of retail experience working for a high-end cosmetics / fragrance brand.
Broad experience related to store sales, management, budgeting, promotion and VM.
Good command of spoken/written English.
