Launch
• Recommend and coordinate an advertising and promotional (A&P) campaign to reach out to potential buyers not captured by personal / direct marketing efforts at the pre-launch.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of press releases and other promotional programs and launch events and on-site management of exhibition sales office.
4.2.5 Promotional Materials
Prepare the advertising brief and coordinate the packaging of all advertising and promotional materials which will be produced in conjunction with owner’s representatives to include.
• Brochures – We will assist in comments and improvements to copy, design quality and contents of brochure to achieve maximum results
• Direct mailers/ Fliers – Coordinate the production of cost-effective pamphlets/ fliers for mass mailing and face-to-face contact based on a similar concept and guidelines as the brochure.
• On-site marketing signboards/hoarding – Provide input on design sizes and locations to ensure that signboards and hoardings promote and create awareness of the project on a sustained cost-effective basis.
• Media Advertisements – Recommend the appropriate media and publications for the advertisement programme to achieve effective sales results.
• Marketing kits – We will assist in coordinating the production of a marketing kit to include all promotional and marketing collaterals for use at presentation by the marketing sales team.
The programme of Promotional Activities including all advertising and promotional materials referred to above shall be planned in close and advance consultation with the owner for approval prior to implementation.
