I work 12 hours on, 12 hours off. Every day, I help prepare three meais breakfast, lunch and dimmer for 300 people. I make ten different fresh salads, peel a 50kg bag of potatoes and wash up hundreds of dishes. I carry a lot of heavy boxes of food to the kitchen and it's very hot in there, so by tge end of the day I'm verytired, but the time goes fast
