We are so sorry about this problem. Though we checked every item carefully before sending them out, sometimes it may still get damaged during the long shippment, which is really out of control.
Could you pls double check the flex cable and all the connections? You know the cable is very sensitive and easy to be broken. Or you could reinstall it to see if it still has the problem.
