Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the team of forty.
Communicate and coordinate with overseas’ factories, and customers in Thailand.
Control all delivery process of customer requisition, inventory, stock level etc.
Improve the performance of on-time delivery and the efficiency of work process.
Negotiate and serve the urgent delivery request from customers to meet their satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES
• Contributes to process and system business requirements definition
• Supports system and process changes; communication implementation
• Governs local business processes
• Supports process and system support services and training
SELECTION CRITERIA
• Preferable Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experiences preferable in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or any related experiences.
• Verbal and numerical reasoning, ability to draw sound conclusion
• Strong analytical and data representation skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage change/conflicts
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starter and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent PC skills (including MS Office, Excel, Power Point...)
