The government should change the house buying system. In the current 10-90 system, buyers sign the Sale& Purchase Agreement and pay a deposit of 10% of the selling price then follow by monthly instalment. Government should revise this system while buyers should not make any monthly instalment until their house is developed as well as vacant possession with keys. This could assure that the developers would not delay the project and most importantly there will be more breathing time for buyers to save their money and increase their affordability.
