1. Fry chopped shallots and garlic with cooking oil in a wok. Add noodles if want to soften add a little water.
2. Season with fish sauce, sugar and tamarind juice, and quickly stir the noodles to mix them.
3. Fry prawns, preserved radish, and yellow tofu, then blend all these with the noodles.
4. Fry an egg. Then combine it with the noodles. Add a half portion of bean sprouts and Chinese chives.
5. Add ground peanuts.
