As I know, the company and employees need to pay pension to สำนักงานประกันสังคม and employee can get back their pension fund according to the legal age.
Now we’re planning to implement the our own pension system, so please study below:
1. There is any regulation should be complied with?
2. There is any limit for personal or company tax?
3. If we can setup our own pension system,
3-1 What’s the scope and execute plan?
3-2 How much of cost will be increased?
Since I will have a board meeting on 6/18, so please provide me the rough information before 6/10.
