Sorry I was driving and could not pick your last call yesterday. Our communication was not very clear hence I would like to express our dissatisfaction in writing.
The hotel apartment we slept in the first night we arrived was so dusty such that sleeping was a problem. My husband contacted the one in charge early morning and told her we were going to look for another hotel. she offered us her apartment. we had to wait for her to move out and for it to be cleaned up before moving in which was an inconvenience.
We had been promised a replacement of the baby cot we found since it was broken but that never came to be. we had to sleep in the same bed with our four months baby for the whole holiday which caused me particularly sleepless nights in fear of sleeping on the baby. my husband had to sleep on the other side of the bed.
The bed sheets were not changed for the whole period of our stay though the room keeping was done.
The facilities provided were good but in need of proper maintenance. That goes for the hotel as well since it has poor ambience compared to the beauty of the neighborhood.
Please do something urgently, from improving the reception since it gives the first impression, to cleaning the rooms properly. The blinds at the windows carried so much dust and they were not in good operation they could get stuck as one tried to open or close.
I cannot sell Qvi holidays because I would not want such an experience to be reported back to me, and that it why I have taken time to elaborate on the matter.
