LETTER OF AWARD ON JOB REF NO: SAMC/PVD/SA-3327/2014
We thank you for tender submitted online on 12 August 2014 and the subsequent discussion in connection with the above contract which you have met the requirement and deem fit by the board of carry out project. We are pleased to inform you that you have been awarded the contract for the construction of the Shopping Mall by the board of Department of Mineral and Energy resources in South Africa.

This Contract has been awarded at the Cost of 10,850,000 .00 (Ten Million Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand British Pounds Only) This amount is deemed to include the cost of all necessary for the timely and Satisfactory completion of the project in its entirely. Possession of the site for the communication of the work shall be on the 20 of June 2013, which will also be the Commencement of the contract. The whole work shall be completed within calendar days from the commencement date as stipulated on the on your work program.

Department of Energy, shall pay the contractors by stages payment 25% of the contract sum at the takeoff and the balance 75% on the completion (stage Payment)when all of the works are properly completed or when each stages of the work is properly Completed, S&SONS ENGINEERING CONSULTANT LIMITED


Please signify your acceptance of the terms and condition of this award by signing the terms and condition pages and return the duplicate copy immediately to us. The original of this letter and shall Constitute a binding contracts between you and the department of Energy Resource. .

You are also advised to present a PERFORMANCE BOND from an acceptable insurance company in South Africa
