Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support
• Assist the sales manager with the day-to day requirements and ensure all issues related to sales are attended timely and pro-active actions are taken.
• Prepare and submit statistical data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Monitor sales progress as per budget plan.
• Ensure timely ACR collection reporting, triggering alarm, within the approved terms and conditions with customers as per guidelines.
• Support Sales Manager to set up local price lists according to the rules and communicate to Sales Reps.
• Develop effective co-ordination with other sales offices and develop customer relations.
• Assist with customer communications with respect to major announcements, price increases, etc.
• Manage Customer Selling Price in SAP and keep approval record according to DOA on geographical area basis. Under direction, liaise with Supply Chain regarding:
o Shortage stock deliveries
o Pricing of customers to be updated in SAP
• Assist with the coordination of sales forecast information from the Sales team.
Administration
• Manage administrative issues in order to optimize the Divisional time management.
• Manage to welcome customers’ visit both local and oversea properly.
• Be responsible for handling and archiving legal documents related to the SBU matters.
• Providing/update to Sales & customers of the HM standard documents such as REACH, Oekotex, EU Declaration and etc.
• Review and update SOX and ISO documentation into the system as scheduled.
• Keep control the Sales process to follow the SOX and ISO requirements.
• Being assigned to be Document Records Coordinators (DRC) from ISO Leader as a Department representative to apply and manage the documentation in accordance with the Records Retention Policy.
• Organize and control travel arrangements for the involved areas, monitoring invoices and payment to suppliers (travel agency, hotels, etc.).
• Control, update and distribute the promotion materials/ documents received from Marcom, making sure they reach the correct target area.
• Provide translation as well as documents editing in English, to different geographic areas.
Qualifications:
Experienced in sales support, sales administration, or customer service to perform data analysis and report to the management from any industries.
Proficiency in Excel skill. Experienced in SAP is an advantage.
Good command of English skills
Proactive, good multi-task skill, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
