6. Burner chamber must be controlled frequently everyday through the inspection windows. By inspection the flames must be controlled, such as flame of dust burner and the flame of grate.
7. The dust burner must be inspecting once a week by opening inspection window. Before inspecting the dust burner the must be switched off to avoid the mishap.
8. Once a month the dust burner must open for inspection if any incrustation in the burner then the burner must clean with proper cleaning equipment well.
9. The energy plant area surrounded with fibber and this could be very dangerous. Particularly the fuel transport conveyer is uncovered and this is polluting the whole area. Here is strongly recommended to put the fix back the transport cover back to avoid any kind of mishap.
10. Give the strict instruction to operators/ technicians not change the positions of sensors, limit switches and valves and manual flaps. These devices are for the human safety and as well as for safety of the machine. By replacing these devices must be fix back same position as before.
11. Operators must instructed that not change the set value rapidly and give the time to machine react on set value and watch result before change again. What I found the refiner discharge screw speed being change rapidly. Which impact on drier and on energy plant and the results are moisture fluctuation, temperature fluctuation, flow gas pressure fluctuation, fluctuation glue system and in last bad quality of product in worse case down time.
12. The biggest deficit I found in control room that there is no communication between the operators. All auf them concentrating there display but do not exchange words with each other so long machine not stop or something else not happen. The operator must have to communicate with each others when they make change in running process, hey I am going to change this and that please pay attention.
