Among the tested grape cultivars, Thompson Seedless was the most sensitive to A. carbonarius, and B.subtilis had the least effect on rot extension in this cultivar, illustrating that the inhibition effect of B. subtilis on A. carbonarius would be decreased if A. carbonarius grows too rapidly.
