This research is aim to study the development of Thai Real Estate industry in relates to ASEAN Economic Community with the new economic system, underpinned the ‘single market’ protocol. The single market and production base characteristic including 5 following compositions: a) free movement of product and goods, b) free movement of service, c) free movement of investment, d) free movement of capital, and e) free movement of skilled labour, taking into consideration of how these elements relate and affect each other. Such research also studies the competitiveness of ASEAN’s property sector, the readiness of Thai real estate industry to encounter with the economic development among ASEAN members and the integration into worldwide community.
