Ok, let’s go ahead with this plan before we call each other.
• For Clause 1.7, GIT has removed “Gem & Jewelry Institute of Thailand”, “Collaboration of Gem & Jewelry Institute of Thailand and Presidium”. These 2 wordings have been agreed by GIT in our proposal, and can I understand the reason for the removal? I will also like to assure you that like GIT, Presidium is a well-established company known to the public, and we will not misuse the approved wordings to mislead any customers.
[Ans] GIT now accept only “Product Tested and Methodology supported by Gem and ….”
• For Clause 1.7, “for the packaging box and other marketing materials have manufacturing date within period of this MOU effective only”, does the statement meant that Presidium will be able to use all the materials that are being produced during the period of MOU, even after we discontinued with the partnership?
[Ans] Yes. Pramote requests to have period of MOU to 24 months rather than 12 months.
• For Clause 1.10, do you meant that Presidium need to seek approval from GIT for any statements that use the approved wordings in Clause 1.7?
[Ans] Yes.
• For Clause 1.13, do you meant that Presidium needs to co-share on the rental of all the trade shows that GIT is exhibiting if SRI is displayed at the booth?
[Ans] Yes.
For the above, please kindly call me before 6pm, Singapore time, today as we will like to finalize the MOU with GIT today.
