Although Zn concentration and source were the only differences in the treatment diets, after 10 d of dietary treatment, the Mn concentration in the liver of pigs (Table 3) fed the 50 mg Zn/kg from a combination of organic and organic sources in the
diet was greater than the concentration found when either 50 mg/kg Zn from organic or inorganic Zn per kg of diet was fed (P ≤ 0.05).
