We have seen that accurate capicatance measurements can be made at audio frequencies ( generally 1 KHz) using a variety of bridge circuits, described in section 5.5.1 of this text. It is often important to characterize capicitors at radio frequencies and at ultra low frequenciers, as well as delectrics used as electrical insolution, their are also voltage variable capacitance
We will describee below some of the non-bridge means to measure capacitor and to characterize their equivalent circuits.
