5.take out single pice of tortilla, spread the enchiladas sauce over the tortilla. spoon 1/4 cut of pork mixture on the tortilla and roll over fillings with face down and put in the tray which on the tray spread with the enchilada sauce on top and at the bottom later on with cheese layer and bake for 15 mine at 175 cor until the cheese melting. serving and decorate with chopped cilantro and green onion,sour cream and cherry tomato diced.
