A two-way repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to determine if there were statistically significance differences in word, segmental structure, and tone identification with the factors of testing conditions (Soundfield Quiet, ACE Quiet, ACE Noisy, and ToneACE Noisy) and speaker gender (Male, Female). There were no outliers based on the studentized residuals, and the residuals were normally distributed for each group, as assessed by Shapiro-Wilk test (p > 0.05).
