Samples 5x and 6x were prepared by boiling and steaming raw water hyacinth sample, respectively. Boiling process was carried out at 100 ± 3C in atmospheric pressure for 90 min. 100 g of fresh water hyacinth sample was loaded in glass beakers filled with 1000 ml of distilled water.
