14. The lessee willing to pay interest at the rate 15% per year of the outstanding rental amount or the damages occur or other expenses such as debt collection cost.
15. The lessee agrees and shall facilitate the lessor or delegates of the lessor to inspect the leased property occasionally.
16. The lessee is responsible to pay house and building tax at the rate 12.5% per year within 15 days of receiving notice from the lessor.
If the lessee does not pay the bills, the lessee agrees to the lessor does suspension or discontinuance of the service facility immediately without further notice until the lessee will pay the bills.
17. The suspension of the lease
Leasehold under this agreement shall terminate before due period specified in this agreement. In case, the fire destroyed the leased premises or natural disasters.
18. Before the rental period due, if the lessee wishes to continue the term of lease. The lessee must notice in writing to the lessor in advance not less than 60 days.
In case the lessee does not wish the rental period. The lessor has the right to supply a new tenant immediately without further notice. The lessee or the lessee's employee is required to facilitate the lessor or who is assigned by the lessor and the new tenant seeing the leased premises.
In case the lessee wishes to continue the lease. The lessor reserves the right to agree to add new rental fees before next lease agreement.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LESSOR and LESSEE. We, undersigned read and understand this agreement. In witness whereof, the parties hereto hereby execute this agreement.
