All day to day coordination with Client platform and our providers
• Monitoring all medical cases opened:
• Read carefully the first fax sent which contains the basic instructions
• Inform the Doctor of a new case as soon as you open a case. According to the Emergency, the manager will be informed immediately or in the morning.
• Controlling the provider’s action to make sure he/she provides the service we asked in a timely manner.
• Always inform the client platforms for an update action and follow their requested
• Control Cost:
• Control that the costs generated are not above coverage
• Control that expenses are related to the case and not far more expensive than should be
• Control for what is covered and what is not?
• Organize quotation to client platform up on requested.
• Always inform to Medical Leading Agent and Manager for undesirable on any cases.
• Prepare reports to Manager daily / weekly / monthly.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
