Absolute four-less chocolate.
Recipe
1.dark chocolate (Carma 1030) or dark chocolate with 50% Cocoa or higher 670 gram.
2. Butter 450 gram
3. Sugar 150 gram.
4. Water 250 ml.
5. Egg 12 pcs.
6. Sugar 100 gram
How to cook.
1. Preheat the oven 350 F or 180 C.
Line a 9 inches or 23 cake tin with grease proof or other non stick paper and grease the tin.
2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with butter over hot water. (Recipe 1+2) and set aside.
3. Make a syrup by mixing sugar and water (recipe 3+4) in a pot on a medium fire and stir until it well dissolve and set aside.
4. In a mixing bowl beat eggs with sugar (recipe 5+6) with low speed and then medium speed until it mixed well. Then add the other mixtures in to the mixing bowl and use low speed to mix all well.
Remove all the mixtures into the cake tin and bake for 1.15 hours.
The cake should not be thicker than 1.50 inches.
