We are the leading group in the watch making industry. To support the growth of our prestigious Swiss brands in the retail business, we are looking for the position below:
Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming calls and connecting the lines to the requested party.
• Controlling car parking coupon and prepare the report as well.
• Take care of the booking of the meeting room, organize and provide coordination support for internal meeting and conference calls.
• Issue PR and PO
• Handle a check for suppliers.
• Perform other administrative supports as assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality, Female, age not over 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• New graduates are welcome
• Having work experience in operator, receptionist, secretary or administrative duties will be an advantage
• Good personality, service minded, pleasant appearance and capably handle multi-tasks.
• Fluent in spoken English is essential and computer literacy
